Ep 8. Meltdowns and Wall Sliders Wot The Fog _ Two friends. One midlife journey. A thousand challenges. A million laughs

Hey lovely Foggers and Foglets, welcome to Episode 8, the final episode of Season 1. Yikes, it it that time already?!

We honestly can’t believe we’ve made it this far, or that we even got started in the first place, but we feel so blesse to have had such incredible support and to have built such an amazing community. For Episode  8, the first season finalé (8 is the sign of infinity btw. Ooh, dare we believe we can carry on forever?), it feels appropriate to say a huge THANK YOU to all of you in our lovely community for listening, engaging and being a part of our little movement and another huge THANK YOU to the lovely ladies who have ‘bought us a coffee’ via ‘Buy Me a Coffee’ (link below). It’s so good to know you’re enjoying what we do here at WTF and your donations help us keep it all going and grow this movement for us all.

In this episode we’re going raw and baring our souls as we share a couple (there are lots so this might have to be a mini series) Meltdowns and Wall Sliders, as we call them. Those moments when it all just became too much, overwhelm set in. the red mist descended and the valve had to pop and we needed to shout "THERE SHE BLOWS. STAND ASIDE!"
