As it is #MentalHealthAwarenessWeek I thought I would dedicate the episode to the subject.
Many of us deal with issues with mental health, or know people that do. I truly feel that the more we talk, and listen, the better we can make a situation. In this episode I talk about my mental health, my coping mechanisms and how we can all help each other.
