My guest in episode 16 is a business mentor and advisor. He is passionate about helping business leaders increase profitability and succeed as entrepreneurs. He approaches clients with an open mind and works alongside them to find key drivers and issues.

My guest today is David Eaton. He works with clients at both strategic and operational levels and as a business mentor. David uses experience with dozens of organisations to bring hands-on delivery of agreed outcomes. He combines new ways of thinking with best practice. He has been a non-executive board member of the Anglia Housing Group and for many years was a finance Director of a SME business. In 2006 David was appointed MBE for services to the territorial army. Today, David and I will have a conversation on how to encourage innovation in a business.
