Episode 24: Hubert Rovers – The European Football Development Network (EFDN‪)‬ The Drive Phase Podcast

In this episode, James speaks to Hubert Rovers, the founder, and CEO of The European Football for Development Network (EFDN). The network consists of professional football clubs, leagues across Europe that have now committed themselves to social responsibility. Whilst seemingly successful from the outset, it was not an easy task for Hubert to convince football teams that investing money in their communities was the right thing to do. Nevertheless, he persevered.
 
Their goal is to create a collaborative environment for knowledge sharing in order to develop a diversity of training methods that will directly benefit communities throughout Europe.
