Episode 28 - Empowerment Coach and Breathwork facilitator Eliah Prichard talks creative coping, boundary setting, and how breath-work can help us to release and transform anxiety and panic‪.‬ Us Anxious Folk

    • Mental Health

In episode 28, I am joined by educator, coach and trauma-informed breathwork facilitator Eliah Prichard from  @thekaleidoscopechannel  .
Eliah shares with us her anxiety story from self-abandonment and fear of being seen/heard and held, to trauma healing, boundary setting, and discovering breath work as a pathway to presence and feeling safe in her body.

We talk about learning to hear the genius within, creative coping techniques, and why breath-work can help us learn to release (and become curious about) anxiety and panic.

Eliah also takes us through a breath work practice specifically for nervous system regulation so that you have an easily accessible tool to add to your own creative coping skills!
