Kevin talks about his journey with mental health and how for a long time he didn’t understand how it can impact you if you aren’t looking after yourself.

After loosing his father 5 years ago Kevin mental health started to deteriorate because of the grief he felt. Kevin reached out and got the support from his employer and now he is a mental health champion for the company.
Kevin is a prime example, of how making a few changes in your life can have a big positive impact on it.
