Being along and being lonely are two different things.  Some people can feel lonely in a crowded room when surrounded by friends.  


How do you feel when you're alone with yourself?
How would it be to use solitude to renew your energy and reconnect with yourself?
When were you last alone with yourself to reflect on your life and nurture your soul?

If you were to put 10 mins aside each day to be alone with your thoughts and feelings, how long would it take you to tell if you were living your life in line with your values and goals?

As we begin to emerge from Lockdown and the Covid-19 restrictions in your area, why not consider adding 10 mins into your day, every day, to reflect on what you want and where you're going?
