Episode 56 - Rob Bourne - LGBT Ultra Runner & Adventurer

Rob is a self-professed LGBT ultra runner and adventurer. Rob attempted the first unsupported run along the Cape Wrath Trail. He didn’t quite tick the unsupported box, but was super happy to have still completed it in 5 and a half days with 12kgs on my back. This also briefly set a new supported FKT on the trail.
Rob used the attempt to try and drive as much awareness for LGBT inclusion as possible. I’d love to continue this, and I was wondering if your audience would be interested in hearing the story of the trip, my experiences as a gay ultra runner and my motivations for speaking out?
