68. Are diets a thing of the past? In conversation with Jenny McDonald Living Life Being Human

    • Mental Health

In this conversation I talk to Health coach Jenny McDonald, who works with her clients to help them understand their behaviour around food and break free from the dieting cycle.

Jenny developed a tricky relationship with food and became a secret eater before the age of 10.

She longed to be like the other girls’ in her teens but she was fighting not only against her love for food but against a condition called Lipoedema.   Now in recovery from her food addiction and always working on her relationship with herself, Jenny’s mission is to empower women to live their life free from food addiction

Jenny believes that with the right support and mindset anything is possible.
