Episode 7 - Caroline Foster Business in Mind

Caroline is a mum of 5, physio, yoga teacher, reiki master, breath therapist and studio owner as well as a yoga teacher trainer.

 

She has a little yoga studio and therapy space where she run yoga classes, workshops, courses and retreats. The studio has a treatment room where she see clients for holistic physiotherapy, massage, reiki, breath therapy. She hires out the rooms to other amazing teachers and therapists that make up the little community at The Yoga Den. Away from the studio she run retreats in Scotland and in Portugal and she has an online classes membership.

 

In this episode we discuss Caroline’s journey building her business and passion for yoga, how she built credibility, moving from workshops to running her own yoga studio. She shares how 5 years ago everything changed for her and how that change made her focus on her yoga business. Caroline shares how her intuition and trust has helped her to take forward her business. At the core of her business is a need to ‘help people’ and she has grown her confidence and belief to help more people. We speak about energy, trust and things happening at the right place and the right time and also community over competition.
