Episode 71 - Finding your purpose & becoming obsessed with your life with Megan Seamans Addicted to Healthy

    • Alternative Health

Today I chat with Megan Seamans, international life coach and speaker, about how to actually create a life that is aligned with your values and that makes you want to jump out of the bed in the morning. We dive into what it really means to find your purpose: what “should” you be doing? How to know you are actually on the right track? What are strategies that you can implement to find your true purpose and calling?

Then we address self trust and how to choose your own path instead of being influenced by other people’s stories and holding onto other’s people’s beliefs. How can we quiet the external noise and instead tune inwards to receive the answers we are seeking?

We talk about why “should-ing” all over yourself is only making you resist change even more and what is the appropriate alternative. Plus I interview Megan on her experience as a nomadic entrepreneur and how she made it in her business. And much much more!

About Megan

Megan helps female entrepreneurs get out of their comfort zone and confidently step into the life and business they are wildly obsessed with!

She is passionate about getting women out of an auto-pilot life and into a life of purpose.

Megan will guide you to rewrite old stories that are keeping you small, and tap back into the power of YOU! She is obsessed with turning fear into confidence and overwhelm into clarity.

When Megan is not coaching, you can probably find her having a dance party or packing up for her next adventure. She is currently living on a one way ticket, traveling through Europe.
