    • Entrepreneurship

In today's episode, James speaks to Adam Fraser, the Chief Executive of Laureus Sport for Good who began his career in sports journalism. No stranger to the organisation he has nearly 10 years under his belt, becoming CEO in 2019. In one of the most difficult periods for charities globally, he and his team continued to deliver and, in fact, increased the organisation’s impact.

It was initially created under the patronage of Nelson Mandela with the founding belief that “sport has the power to change the world,”. The organisation uses the power of sports to end violence, discrimination, and disadvantage, supporting more than 250 sports-based youth programs in 50 countries and territories

In a nutshell, James and Adams speak about:
Adam's background in creative media journalism and his transition to sport for development The change in the quality of readership interaction then and in our current social media era Storytelling as a pivotal segment of unlocking funds Their organisations model and the actual tangible impact in different countries and territories His business approaches to leading a global team … and so much more!
