The political situation in Russia is intensifying, and the secret service dispatches hundreds of spies all over Europe to track revolutionary activity. Many of them, including Razumov, arrive in Geneva. But it’s clear to Jess that Razumov’s mission has been compromised by the fact that he is falling in love with Nathalie.
