This is an interview Isabel Perez-Doherty.
Isabel is a very intelligent woman, with three degrees, lots of relevant experience and she is a talented fundraiser. Despite this, when Isabel moved to England, she found it extremely difficult to get a job in the charity sector. Over a decade on from that moment, and now living in Canada, Isabel attributes some of the challenges that she faced to institutionalised racism that sadly still exists across many organisations in the UK. This is part two of our conversation so tune into episode 12 first to hear the entire conversation).
