In this episode, EY's Jo Aidroos speaks to trained CBT therapist Mavis Dwaah from our Workforce Advisory team about the characteristics that make up resilience as well as organisational vs personal resilience and how leadership teams can foster a healthy approach to resilience.

We live in an environment that is constantly changing, which means that having the capability to adapt - or resilience - can be key to survival.
