Anne Hodder-Shipp of sex ed internet fame joins us again to demystify the misunderstood "P" word - pleasure. Anne and Sarah co-facilitate a course, Pleasure Attitudes, that focuses on re-establishing a joyful connection to pleasure in all of its forms. Robin interviews them and the three break down the difference between pleasure and sexual pleasure (and why they've come to be conflated), the blocks that many of us face when trying to source pleasure in our lives, and what to do about it.
