Specific and general

Each story is individual and yet there are themes for everyone. I have always been fascinated by confidentiality and the point of confidentiality. I always said my mother could never keep a secret, secrets are bourgeois. The only thing she wouldn’t share was her cleaner. I knew my father was different. And after they died I found out they both kept two secrets.

Love this show, but

Some of the calls are a bit difficult to hear possibly because I’m English and the combination of poor signal and strong American accent makes it hard work to listen to.

Thoroughly enjoyed the shows I can hear, though, great great stories and very thought-provoking.
We’ve all got a family secret, right?

Family Secrets

I wish I could rate this even higher than a 5 as it’s a podcast more than deserving of it . Thank you to every guest that has opened up family secrets for us to listen too. So relaxing and calming and enjoyable
