Farming Tenancies : Katie Baker and Toby Williams

In this episode, solicitor Katie Baker chats with colleague Toby Williams about farming tenancies under the Agricultural Holdings Act. Tenancies made before 12 July 1984 are subject to succession rights. Katie and Toby go through the suitability and eligibility tests an individual has to meet in order to successfully take over a holding. Applications for taking over a holding are time critical and have strict criteria. Katie and Toby explain all.
