Amazeballs

Just listened to the first episode and am absolutely hooked. I love everything about Helen. From the scummy mummy to Helen wears an 18. For someone who struggles with her own body confidence this feels like a big hug and reassuring pat on the back. It’s fantastic to have women out there that are going through the same stuff as me and are not afraid to share. It feels like being part of a really great club and for the first time in a long time I lifted my head on my morning run. Much love xxx

Positively brilliant

Well done Helen Thorn on a triumphantly inclusive and positive podcast with excellent guests. Huge fan of the concept of not having to “love your body”. After a traumatic delivery and couple of surgeries I am struggling to even achieve body neutrality but I feel closer every time I listen to this. Thank you.

Brilliant!!

Absolutely love this podcast! Was looking for something different to listen to to and from work and the title caught my eye. Being a fat, fifty and fabulous woman who is trying the self acceptance stuff on a daily basis; it hits the spot. Funny, moving and informative in a quirky way it makes very easy listening and left me feeling happy and inspired. Please keep them coming.
