    23. Public speaking, staying strong and surviving separation.

This week I am joined by the dynamic duo of Helen and Maya, the women behind the London community arts project Featured in Fifteen - think TED talks, but set in a pub with a diverse range of creatives and individuals with a story to tell.
These fabulous women talk about their friendship, why it is so important to share our stories and how their relationship with their bodies has changed over time. Helen shares why she wants to focus on strength training for her physical and mental health and what it is like to be a twin. And Maya discusses her hysterectomy, her background and the women in her family.
These are two very inspiring women and I know you'll love them as much I do. Enjoy!
You can find out more about Featured in Fifteen https://www.featured15.co.uk/ and follow them @featuredfifteen on Instagram. Helen's Instagram account is @smallsaviours and Maya's is @what_mum_wore.
