Can a Podcast be life changing?
I have gone back to the beginning of Dr C’s podcasts and working my way through them. I have all of Dr C’s books and l know this is going to sound crazy but he has changed my life in the most positive way. My husband said l have gone back to being the person l was when he first met me and I know l feel different and this change started to manifest itself whilst reading Dr C’s latest book. His gentle no nonsense approach has been illuminating to me and I thoroughly recommend you give him the opportunity to change your life for the better too.
AFRICA
26 May
I love many of the offerings from Dr C. But the one with Africa Brooke was particularly nourishing. I loved how they both spoke so honestly about social media and intolerance. Both sharing truths to inspire us all to be braver. But most of all I loved hearing Dr C laugh. Africa has the wisdom of an ancient warrior whilst the giggle of an innocent child. Both/and. Simply beautiful. Thank you to everyone involved in making this podcast and for the gift of it for free 🙏🏽❤️🌻
Thank you

Thank you for talking about the diagnosis of autism and the language around it. As a Mum of a child with autism epilepsy and learning disability who needs 24 hour support it’s hard to relate to most discussions on autism that I hear. I no longer feel the word autism reflects her disability in the way most people think of it. Thank you for highlighting this problem.
Too long
10 May
I have found many of these episodes really helpful and have returned to the Mo Gawdat and Oliver Burkeman episodes time after time. However most of the interviews are just too long and could benefit from editing.
