It is the first side hustle where I actually looked at something I used a lot and really liked, but thought I could improve upon.

    It can be a tough ask trying to launch a side project and finding paying customers. If, like me you are the builder, marketer, sales person and operations manager, it is a lot of plates to be constantly spinning. Sites like UpWork and Fiverr can be of help, as well as finding and hiring a Virtual Assistant (VA). However finding someone that delivers what you want and that you can work with on a regular basis can be a bit of a dark art. I've tried may times on many different side hustles to hire some help with varying degrees of success. In this episode I discuss my finding and give 3 "tips" that I try and use to try and find someone that I can work with.
