Finding your purpose with a Mindset of Growth

In this episode I am delighted to be able to chat with Steve Miller, Creator of The Implicit Career Search, Career Hero and Working On.

Steve and I have  known each other for many years through our connection with the Human Element and emotional intelligence work we have both been involved in.

It was a pleasure to talk to Steve about his amazing work .

He describes what he does as an opportunity to help people  move their life from confusion to clarity by clearly defining who you are and what you will contribute with your life's work.
He enables them to  develop a simple, attainable life and career plan based on purpose.

We were able to chat about how purpose is key in defining and developing a life or career that we enjoy and how mindset especially our self belief and the habit of Self purpose and Improvement  in our Mindset Framework for Growth is key to achieving this too.
