Excellent podcast

I am a 49 year old man, perhaps not your normal demographic. I started listening last year to help me support my teenage daughter. This podcast is so good, fun, informative and honest. My daughter now listens. I still live listening because listening to people being honest and open about themselves their feelings has helped me accept myself. I wanted to help my daughter but in the end it has probably helped me more! Thanks

This is such a great podcast. Really loved the sleep episode and learnt so much. Highly recommend this podcast for anyone wanting to improve their health and fitness and make little changes for a big impact!
