Wow.
I'm honestly surprised by how impactful I found this - just sitting with my eyes closed and listening, letting my mind go and think about whatever came up, I was unexpectedly reflective about what it is I actually want in my life. I love that this is so time specific (it says 5 minutes and is exactly that) and there are no hosts talking. I will do this several times a day (and during my commute), just to get back in touch with why I'm doing what I'm doing and hopefully be more conscious in my choices.
I don't know what other meditations they'll offer - there is only one at the moment, which was a bit of a disappointment - but having tried it, I don't know what else I would need. Thank you.
