    In our fourth and final episode, hosts Chelsea and Ayesha speak with Tiara Keith, a fourth year Nutrition and Dietetics student at the University of Saskatchewan. Tiara shares her personal experience living with an eating disorder: how it affected her life as a university student, how it informed her decision to pursue dietetics, and how her nutrition knowledge has shaped her view of eating disorders. She also discusses barriers to seeking treatment, and how opening up and sharing her experience has helped her to reach the stage of recovery she is at now.

    In our third episode, hosts Ayesha and Brooke speak with Kayly Yablonski, a clinical social worker and therapist at Youth Mental Health and Addiction Services here in Saskatoon. They discuss relationships between mental health, body dysmorphia, and eating disorders, potential warning signs of eating disorders, and common misconceptions surrounding eating disorders. Kayly also talks about the importance of support systems and gives advice on how to support a friend or family member who may be struggling with an eating disorder.
