Fantastic variety

I’ve followed Scott’s work since around 2013, he’s consistently been open minded and never forced a particular belief with his work. So when it comes to the podcast he’s had a huge variety of different (and impressive) guests from a range of different backgrounds. This makes for more interesting learning than talking gym or nutrition the whole time. Would highly recommend this podcast, easy listening and educational. Keep up the great work Scott.

Solid, sensible advice

With so much misinformation about nutrition and health this is a great podcast with sensible and practical advice about how to eat and live well. Good guests and Scott’s style is easy to listen to.
