Dear all,
Being in the world of science and nutrition myself, I listen to these podcasts on a daily basis. This is the type of information we should ALL be listening to. It’s evidence-based, professional information from people who are looking to ameliorate health within society. Composed of interesting themes and fabulous conversation topics that people NEED to talk more about.

Another fabulous podcast!

Rhiannon has started off series 5 with a bang! This was another incredibly informative and interesting podcast which is incredibly insightful for people of all ages. As an 18 year old, I still found this a really helpful podcast and I learnt so much! Thank you Rhiannon for your amazing podcasts - I love listening to them! x

I absolutely love this podcast because...

Rhiannan is such a lovely person. I can just tell because that’s how she comes across! These podcasts are so unique and clever, I could not recommend them enough. The knowledge I have been given because of them is so amazing and makes me the absolute happiest version of myself. Plus, they have helped me massively with my body positivity as I have now learnt, thanks to Rhiannan, that I shouldn’t be focusing on my belly pooch (which I’m beginning to love, again thanks to Rhiannan) I should be aiming to be healthy in order to nurture my body. That’s the best and most helpful piece of advice I have been given and it’s all thinks to this podcast. I’m sure others can also be helped by her fountain of knowledge!
So I say a massive thank you from the bottom of my heart to this incredible, clever and knowledgeable Rhiannan 🧡
