A Passing Ship ,

Drinking up this podcast like a Sponge 🧽

I’ve spent the last 20 yrs of my life wishing my body was smaller and feeling like I was always doing something wrong because of the number on the scales. I can’t stop listening to the radically different message shared here in this wonderful podcast by Christy and her guests. THANK YOU 🙏 Something important is shifting inside.

I am thankful every day for stumbling upon one of her podcasts as it has dramatically changed my relationship with food and my body in an incredibly life-affirming way. I always learn something new every time I listen to a different one of these podcasts. The back catalogue is incredible!

Life-changing listening

I hadn’t realised quite how much diet culture had affected my life and how I viewed myself and my relationship with food and body image until I started to listen to Christy’s interviews. It really has been the life thief she describes in her book.
But thanks to this podcast I’ve changed my thinking. I’m finally letting go of years of self-blame and shame around food and eating. This festive holiday I have allowed myself to enjoy everything without the little voice in my ear berating me and telling me that I will have to pay the price. And I feel set free. Thanks so much.
