Thank you so much for joining us for episode 8 of the football Coaches Hub podcast, on todays' episode I'm joined by League 2 Professional Player Harry Pritchard.   Harry is a lovely lad who is currently playing for Bradford City in League 2 In England. Harry has worked hard to transition into a full time professional. He started playing for Flackwell Heath FC in step 5 of the football pyramid, took his opportunities when they were presented to him and definately a scorer of great goals.   He shares his journey and everything he has learned along the way. He gives us an insight into the blood, sweat and effort it takes to make it to the very top. We also talk about how important a winning mindset is to become a professional in the game.   

We then talk about culture within the football club enviorment and how important having a culture when trying to achieve long term goals.

Thank you so much for joining us for episode 7 of the football Coaches Hub podcast, on todays' episode I'm joined by Oxford United's Professional Development Phase Lead who is currently also involved in the first team.  


A former Oxford United Academy player, Leon began coaching with the Foundation age groups in 2012 and, over the last 7 years, has worked his way up to now lead our Professional Development Phase.
Leon holds the UEFA A-Licence and led the U18s to their first ever league title as an Academy in the 2018/19 season edging out Bournemouth and Portsmouth to secure top spot on the final day of the season.
Over his time with the Academy, Blackmore-Such has worked with many of the club's recent graduates including Shandon Baptiste, Malachi Napa and Fabio Lopes; helping to prepare them for the demands of First Team Football.

This is an episode not to be missed. We today talk about a performance Mindset in the professional game. 

We delve into Leons mind and ask him about his playing and coaching background, What a high performance mindset is to him, the power of talent & Mindset together and the culture that allows high performance players to flourish and perform.
