Good Listen
For Your Ears Only really gets behind the big ideas and concepts of the most successful podcasts. It's got original interview material with some of the leading lights in podcasting and lots of useful examples from benchmark shows... with some fun and creative sketches and pieces that help make things clear. The back-and-forth between the hosts makes it a good listen.
