    • Relationships

Do you know the difference between running a business and owning your job?

In This Episode, I'm so excited to be joined by the amazing Carolyn Boldt. Carolyn is the Co-founder of CrossFields Interiors & Architecture, where she also acts as VP and Director of Design. Several unfortunate events with traditional medicine made her look for options, and she found alternative medicine. With time, Carolyn's affinity for holistic medicine turned into a change of direction in CrossFields. In 2011, she and her husband, Scott, decided to increase alternative medicine's impact by elevating its public image. Today, they have a thriving business that helps holistic health and wellness providers get the most value in their spaces globally, but their entrepreneurial journey wasn't all flowers and butterflies.
Throughout this episode, you'll hear about the experiences with traditional medicine that made Carolyn look for answers to health somewhere else, her wins and oops! as an entrepreneur, the lessons she learned from her mistakes, and what helped her see that, in the beginning, she wasn't an entrepreneur, she was her job's owner. We also discuss holistic medicine, three keys to maximizing your brick-and-mortar's ROI, and much more.
Tune in to Episode 113 of the Joy Found Here podcast and be inspired by Carolyn's relentless entrepreneurial spirit.
