The BAE HQ welcomes Avnish Goyal CBE, Chair of Hallmark Luxury Care Homes and Santhem Residences. 

Avnish Goyal CBE is a huge philanthropist. What's really interesting about his story is that he moves to his country with basically nothing. He shared a small room with so many other people. He worked his way up, he went to university and was unable to join the family business, but as the youngest child and he had to fight to have his ideas heard he was somewhat of a visionary and was able to transform the company and into different areas that hadn't been considered before. 

That's led to huge success in his career and his life, but he's always been very focused on personal development too and making sure he can be the best person he can be. 

He is driven to give back to people and he's recently launched InnerSpark to help with this as well.
