Gary Jones is one of the most influential chefs of our time, from heading up the iconic kitchen at Le Manoir with Raymond Blac OBE, where they’ve retained two Micheline stars since 1981, to being a key figure in helping to champion young chefs. 
 
In this episode, we sit down in Le Manoir’s greenhouse to discuss his experience of working for Sir Richard Branson at his luxury private island, Necker Island, favourite autumn and winter flavours, the emotional inspiration that led him to work in a kitchen and so much more.
