Cool bunch of people!
Love all their discussions and the chemistry between them. Them being American + one Australian (is there a difference really? ), I find myself frequently disagreeing with a lot of their views and that’s exactly why I love this show (full disclosure I’m European).
The views they express are very sensible though and this is why it’s fascinating listening to the show even if my socio- political background is slightly on a different spectrum. Also one of the cool things abt the show is that they try to make it more accessible to their international audience. For example when an American concept is brought up, there’s always a brief explanation for us foreigners which helps put things in perspective. Keep up the great work guys!
The mix of everyday and family life, unusual hobbies and Linux is very entertaining. The Linux is leavened with practical advice and opinions based on the long experience of the presenters.
Some of the views, always expressed in good faith, could be contentious.
I enjoy it - keep it up chaps.
An entertaining way to find out how the guy at home uses Linux.
The podcast doesn't take itself too seriously. Although there's some tech content, the show is usually consists of the hosts taking about their week and how Linux helped them out. Sometime it does, other times ...well. There's bacon. there's also plenty on bad movie reviews.
