Thought provoking

Recently came across this while looking for wellbeing podcasts. Having listened to some of the episodes the STUCK method is really interesting as is hearing how people have applied it.

This podcast is helping me to think more deeply about what is happening when I have negative thoughts and how to resolve them, and therefore have a more calmer and positive mind.

Such a powerful method

I have been an avid listener of the podcast since the very early days and I look forward to it each week! I love how simple and accessible the S.T.U.C.K method is, but how powerful it can be to transform our life. Such a revelation to know that we are not our emotions and that we can therefore get unstuck from them. Shira’s weekly stories remind us that we are all humans, that life isn’t perfect and that it’s ok to get stuck. I recognise myself in each story, and love listening to the practical steps Shira takes to get unstuck. Each episode opens up new possibilities! It’s refreshing, unique and feels like talking to your best friend over a cup of coffee. I love it!

Love the method

Thanks for sharing your STUCK method with the world, Shira. I really enjoyed your last episode (008) where you put your method into practice and shared an everyday life situation with us. Seeing an example and the steps you took to work through it is really helpful. I hope the more I hear, the more it sinks in. I had my daughter asking me the other day why I don't take a Stop and take a deep breath when I was mad with my husband for some minor thing. She said she learned it at school and it always helps her. This was a real eye opener. I was STUCK! I love that they teach this from a young age now, maybe it will come more naturally to them when they are older. For me, I will work on it step by step. Keep up the good work and thank you, Shira.
