    Dinorah Peña is the founder and chief talent officer of Bodega7, a bi-costal talent management agency representing top entertainment and digital talent.

    Prior to becoming an entrepreneur, Dinorah was Head of Influencer Marketing & Brand Partnerships at Unilever for the Sundial portfolio of brands, including SheaMoisture, Nubian Heritage, Madam CJ Walker and Nyakio.

    A public relations veteran of 10 years experienced in multicultural marketing, Dinorah has gained invaluable insights into the cultural nuances of Hispanic and African American communities, allowing her to bring acute knowledge to the table to deliver compelling campaigns and experiential events. Her previous clients include Nike, Domino’s Pizza, Harman/Kardon and Cine Sony Television.

    Danielle Alvarez, grew up in the vibrant, eclectic city of Miami.     Rebecca started her career in New York City working with brands such as Tupperware, SVEDKA Vodka, Morgans Hotel Group and the Tribeca Film Festival, on media relations, events, social media and influencer marketing. After six years of PR agency life, and far too many nights out in NYC, she moved back down to Miami to join FUSION TV, the Disney-Univision joint venture as the Director of Communications and Special Events, overseeing the TV network's day-to-day PR efforts and event ideation, execution and sponsorships. She is currently the Director of Public Relations and Branded Content for Zumba Fitness, where she oversees all PR, Social Media and Branded Content efforts for Zumba, STRONG By Zumba and Zumba Wear.

    Rebecca was honored by PR News as one of the "Top Women in PR" for 2019 for her work at Zumba.

    Rebecca is a proud graduate of the University of Florida (Go Gators!) where she received a bachelor of arts in English, with a minor in Mass Communications.

    Yvette Medina: Artist Management

    Yvette Medina started her career in the music industry in 2003 at Creative Artist Agency in Los Angeles in the music department. Under the guidance of Darryl Eaton and Chris Dalston, she was able to work with a wide array of artists from Blink 182, Enrique Iglesias, Bon Jovi and Ricky Martin and in the process realized her passion was for Latin music. In 2007 she moved to Miami and began working with Michel Vega, VP of Latin Music at The William Morris Agency. At WMA she was able to expand her knowledge of global touring and the music industry. By 2009 she rejoined the Ricky Martin team at Sony Music Latin as his label manager as well as label manager to artists such as Romeo Santos, Pitbull, Calle 13 and Alexis & Fido. Her creative marketing techniques and understanding of each artist’s concepts and visions led her to branch out in 2012 and open her own management company, Creative Management Firm and also continue working with Pitbull as Head of Marketing for him and his global brand. After numerous top charting singles, grammy win, worldwide tours and global brand expansion in 2016 she continued on to Jay Z’s, Roc Nation. At Roc Nation she became the General Manager of Roc Nation Latin led by CEO and global superstar, Romeo Santos. After 2 years with Rocnation Latin, she returned to artist management and has continued to focus on her own roster of talent under her own company.

    Christine Mulhearne is the Advertising Style Director at O, The Oprah Magazine in NYC. During her 13 years with the company, she become an expert in Brand Building, content strategy and selling strategic cross platform partnerships across the Oprah platforms on print, digital, social, live events and television.

    She runs the national print and digital sales for the Fashion and Style accounts for O and manages revenue that exceeds $7 million annually. Her biggest responsibility is driving revenue and partnerships while translating the "Oprah effect" into meaningful sales for the company. She was also selected as an O Mag Insider, one of the 60 influencers chosen to represent the Oprah brand on social media.

    She recently launched her own podcast on January 2nd called, Taking Shots of Inspiration. This is an uplifting and encouraging podcast that "starts with a quote and a cocktail" each week. Her and co-host Melanie Scott, motivate and inspire women to be the very best version of themselves!

    Happy New year!!! It’s 2020 and we welcome a new season! We cannot believe we are in Season 3! In this episode we recap our 2019 and look forward to this new decade. Alex is going to become a new mom and her adventures await with her baby girl due this January. Gaby is welcoming a new year of more career goals and endless travel. We also get into what we want more for the podcast this year. Thank you for sticking with us! We wish you guys an incredible year full of health, wealth, and good vibes.
