The best way to learn theory!

Podcasts are a great way to learn music theory I’ve learnt so much from listening to Desi! I’ve even bought his guitar theory books which has boosted my theory and playing to another level! Thanks Desi I look forward to listening to some more podcasts!

How to play guitar in the real world

Brilliant. Desi Serna’s relaxed approach also allows you space to develop your own guitar style while also explaining important technical info that’s easy to follow. Both advanced players and beginners will find something useful.

Great guitar music podcast

I’ve started listening as I now have a regular 70mile commute so I’m listening to podcasts for the first time. I’ve played for years mainly rhythm by ear including playing in a local amateur party covers band for fun doing a dozen gigs a year. I’ve been working on soloing and blues and there is so much great advise here from music theory to chord structure, sound effects, tone, practise technique and more. I enjoy the conversational nature of the cast, quite relaxing for my drive home.
When I get time I’ll get to the website too.
Thanks
Colin
