Immense.

Hugely detailed account of everything to do with the original Halloween, from John Carpenter and Debra Hill’s origins to the lasting affect the film as had on cinema. One of the most interesting things I’ve listened to. But I need more.

Trick or treat? 🎃🎃🎃🎃🎃🎃🎃🎃🎃🎃

If you love John Carpenters Halloween - then this is a must for you.
Each episode goes into details about the filming, lighting, how they achieved the spooky affects, right down to Laurie and her wardrobe. As well as that there are the thought processes behind some of the most iconic shots in the film and a look into the psychology of fear its self.
Sometimes from the perspective of the great man himself and Jamie Leigh.
I flew through these episodes and really enjoyed them. Admittedly I’m a fan of the film and have been for the 40 years it’s been around.
Don’t be put off by the first review, there’s nothing wrong with the narration of this podcast (in my opinion) its sleek and professionally done. Give it a listen...if you’re not that big of a fan of the film...you may just appreciate what it is and what it stands for a little more after listening to this. Happy Halloween!
