Talk about mental health!

A healthy vibe oozes from this lot, not because they are - I personally know they’re not - but because they’re undoubtedly together on this one; pushing fun as a drug, and let’s not be ridiculous now, as fun, like love is something that can be forgotten when life gets tough and there really is never enough of it anyway; I know as much (although I have found a lot now) and recommend this bunch to jump start ones heart again.
Grab yourself and turn up to a proper look and laugh at what really drives us all; because we are only but one and the same; we are only human after all. With some of us better than that...not.

Ohh, yes, they have links to the resources that make a big difference too.
Go you!!!

Brilliant

I cannot rate the podcasts highly enough and cannot thank them enough. I have listened to them more than once and I still laugh. Funny, candid, insightful and content often resonates within my household. You’ve brought to my ears something new and refreshingly honest. Genius all of you and big hugs for being brave enough to put your experiences out there.
