Inspiring!

This is such a great podcast. Hearing lots of different scenarios and how people overcome things to succeed in life. Also inspiring for my own business. Favourites so far Ruby Wax, Jamal Edwards and the chap (can’t remember his name right now - sorry!) who broke his neck. Mental health has been so stigmatised & still is, but so many people are affected by it. Weather being diagnosed or having bouts of depression, anxiety or feeling a little low. It’s so important in keeping the balance in life and this helps address this. Especially with the challenges faced in today’s world.

Amazing range of guests

I’ve loved discovering thus podcast. The breadth of guests, all bringing their own amazing journeys fills me with hope that we are reaching a tipping point where discussing mental health becomes an everyday occurrence. Wanda Canton is my favourite episode. So much so I’m going to be taught spoken word by her soon

Inspiring, reassuring, thought provoking with no bullsh**

Now, I’m REALLY fussy about my podcasts but I’ve been binge listening to Fearne’s Happy Place over the past couple of weeks. Identifying with so much of so many of the episodes. However, I’ve just listened to Jamal Edwards and WOW. What a brilliant conversation. Add to that the gut wrenching beauty of Louis Dunstan’s song at the beginning and you’ve got yourself a winner. Cannot recommend highly enough. Download it RIGHT NOW!!!
