Episode 24: Losing My Identity After Having a Baby
Personal one for me today, here I am sharing my thoughts and feelings after six months of having Leo I looked at an old photograph of myself and dare I say it miss the old me! After sharing with my community the response was overwhelming from mums who felt the same way, mums who could appreciate with how I was feeling and those who sent their love. Excellent resources and sooo easy
Love all the Play.Hooray resources and ideas but the podcast is great, I listen when I’m walking somewhere and then have ideas to use with my 15mo. Such a great podcast! I really think it’s made me a better parent, having resources and ideas to improve our play and my parenting!
