Does pain mean no gain? with Glen Weinstein

Does pain mean no gain? with Glen Weinstein

Glen has a deep passion for training and a long history of integrating health in his own life and that of his clients.
Not only a formidable athlete himself, Glen has specialised in helping those who suffer from debilitating lower back pain. Whether chronic or episodic.

Glen trained under former Health Oddity Guest Stu McGill. This has provided Glen with a unique insight as to how McGill's principle can be applied to the every day client. Turning the theory in to the weekly practice an individual would make by working with a P.T.

We also talk about how to talk to people about their health, how to listen to people's fears and how to turn aspirations into reality.

We enjoyed talking to Glen so much we kept speaking for 30 mins after we stop recording!

Real world health and fitness

In a world of too much information it’s nice to listen to these three and guests cut through the rubbish and talk sense.

Real people

The hosts have the real life experience that anyone that is looking to become stronger and healthier would benefit from. They’ve all clearly been there and done it, read the books and have multiple tee shirts. I know James (one of the presenters) well and recommend him to people ready to make changes in their lives. The guests have been top notch as well as being world renowned and this podcast has made it onto my own must-listen-to list.
