Katie Chimes is a Chiropractor, fitness, lifestyle and health professional.
Born in Buckinghamshire, Katie has travelled the world, spent a year in the USA, lived and worked as a Chiropractor in Finland and now practices in and around London.
Taking life at 100 miles per hour with every glass half full, Katie has a history of competing at a high level in swimming, athletics, triathlon and bodybuilding. With her background in fitness, personal training and sports therapy it was a natural progression to train to be a chiropractor where Katie’s focus is on the fitness and well-being of her patients. This involves not only the biomechanics of health but also the huge impact of stress and mindset.
She continues to complement her chiropractic training with ongoing courses and seminars in and around aspects of chiropractic and health and has seen some huge transformations in people of all ages ranging from a 4 day old baby to a 98 year old patient.
Chiropractic care is not just about addressing immediate pain - it is also very much a lifestyle choice. The nervous system controls everything in the body, so for the body to be working optimally the spine has to be healthy.
Katie loves her work of getting people well and keeping them that way.
