What a kind, wise soul

Elizabeth is the sort of person you both want to e friends with AND have as your therapist. I feel like she’s definitely been on this earth a few times before - she oozes compassion, kindness, wisdom and not only that, she is able to put into words concepts and ideas that may be unfamiliar to many (attachment theory for example). My hope is her voice, and everything she has to say, travels far and wide - and this podcast is possibly the best way to start with that! X
