Informative & Intersting
Thanks Jo for the time & effort you put into your podcasts. I find them extremely informative being new to the Gundog world but also interesting, especially the interviews you do. Your balance is about right, not too ‘nerdy’ but equally cover subjects to a depth that someone who is interested will find useful. Great work and really appreciated.
ALL KINDS OF BLINDS
Fantastic podcast this week on all different kinds of blinds.
Very clearly explained and very informative. So many ideas to take away and put into practice in training.
Thank you Jo!
In the gundog world there are many different trainers each with their own take on how things should be taught based on their own experience on what has worked for them in the past. This podcast is well written and explains in exquisite detail how to do exercises, such as the marking exercises and the clicker retrieve. Jo also strives to explain WHY this has worked for her in her classes. If these techniques have failed for some dogs she explains the reasoning as to why and offers other positive techniques that may help.
I have been binge-listening to this podcast series this week and will recommend it to my gundog friends. Thank you!
