I'm campaigning to encourage women to get smear tests

In this episode I'm talking to Chris Hopkins, whose ex-partner and son's mum, Marie, sadly died of cervical cancer in January 2020. Since her death, he has channelled his sadness into positive energy and has not only raised - and continues to raise - lots for several charities, but is campaigning to encourage more women to go for their smear tests, to avoid going through what his family has gone through.

In this episode, I'm chatting to Alice Clover, who is a self-published author of children's books, based around gender equality and feminism. In her book, Girls Love to Fart, she shows young girls that they don't have to be pressured to be perfect, polished princesses and that bodily functions aren't as embarrassing as they're made out to be.
