On an ordinary evening in November 1993, Micah’s entire world collapsed when her father, Nolan, died in a car accident. Time passed, and Micah suffered from terrifying night terrors and a mysterious recurring dream that left her exhausted and on edge.
How it Ends was meant to free her from her nightmares and help her deal with her loss… but Micah's world changes once again when she receives new information about her father’s accident from an unexpected source… And she discovers that sometimes dreams aren’t dreams at all—they’re memories.

Customer Reviews
Compelling, funny and just down right great
Everything that the last reviewer said by Jimmy Sprinks. I couldn’t have reviewed it better.
When the group does get together, they gel just like a tight knit group does in real life and that’s what’s so great about this because it’s all natural and it’s not like acting.
I love the parts when they are together playing D&G, Devon has a dry sense of humour and creases me up so much and when the girls laugh it’s natural and not forced and they have an infectious laugh.
The story line keeps you hooked and I just can’t wait for next season.
Excellent and I totally recommend!👍👍Listen, listen, listen.........
A slow burning unsettling podcast with heart
This rates as one of my favourite ever listens. I'm hesitant to use the word 'like' when describing my feelings towards this show. It saddened, unnerved, it made me uncomfortable (That coffe shop scene!), it thrilled us it made me laugh. This was a truly wonderful experience.
We know some (lazy) people will draw comparisons to other nameless podcasts (hint: their setting rhymes with 'specific morph vest') but honestly, for me, this stood out because of the engaging and believable performances. Micha is about as far from a 'Mary Sue' as you can get. She's been traumatized, she's a little damaged and occasionally flawed but I never stopped rooting for her even when questioning her decisions and reliability as a narrator (which I mean in the best possible way!)
Unlike some other podcasts of the genre, 'How it ends' brings a sense of humanity to their story and some of the best moments in series 1 are when Micha, Elia and Devon simply hanging out (which always seems to prelude something unsettling) the performances are so natural that it's impossible not to feel like you're in on the joke when the gang are sharing a rare moment of normality and simply being friends.
