This week on the show Imane and Francesca discuss how to deal with a Private Art Commission.  Art commissions can be an important source of extra income, but the process is not always as straightforward as it seems. In this episode we are going to explain which steps you need to take to always have positive outcomes and avoid misunderstandings and stressful situations. 



In this episode you will hear how to:
Understand your client’s preferences - send them previous work, reference material, and ask as many questions as possible. Balance Artistic integrity with career stage - be prepared to compromise if necessary and if beneficial to your career Submit the initial drafts - and many others during the process. Write an agreement and receive an initial deposit equal to 50% of the agreed price. Your client becomes your partner during this journey - involve them in the process as much as possible until the artwork is completed!
