I'm Matthew Kimberley and here at How To Get A Grip I question your favorite entrepreneurs' sanity. Specifically, I ask: "what keeps you sane?" For some it's morning meditation, for others it's night-time naughtiness. Because one thing's for certain: working for yourself comes at a cost, and How To Get A Grip explores exactly how to manage that cost and preserve your sanity.

Interesting content with fascinating guests who might just change your life

How To Get a Grip is the best kept secret of the self-development and self-improvement podcast world. Bringing his own experience, both as a published author teaching people to get out of their own way, and as a business coach helping professionals achieve their goals, Matthew calls on his extensive network to deliver a variety of genuinely interesting topics with fascinating guests - all presented with his trademark ineffable charm, wit and charisma.

If this podcast were a whiskey it would be a 25 year old single malt. If it were a property you can guarantee it would have a boathouse. Spend a couple of hours one afternoon with Matthew Kimberley - you’ll be glad that you did.

A podcast I'll actually listen to!

I first saw this promoted by a friend on Facebook and once I saw the line up I had to listen in. Great questions, great topics and great guests. I love the insights into how and why people make certain business / life choices, there's always a great piece of wisdom to take away but unlike some podcasts it's not rammed down your throat, rather it's like you're sat in your favourite coffee shop chatting to your role models and friends.

Real fun!

Matthew is a great host and it feels like you’re having a fireside chat with him. Everybody should listen to this if you want to get smarter and get a grip!
