Love this
I really love Sophie’s take on holding a grudge and her voice is so calming and reassuring. It feels like having a conversation with a wise friend. Just love it - lots of thought-provoking topics and the guests are great too - showing differences of opinion which helps shape my own. Brilliant! ❤️
So interesting and sensible
I LOVE this podcast it’s always so interesting with some great ways of looking and dealing with difficult or upsetting situations. I really like Sophie’s guests too they also bring a great deal to the table. It’s so refreshing to listen to 2 people who sometimes have a difference of opinion discuss it in an open, honest and non-judgemental way. There is also a lot humour too. All this and Sophie writes great thrillers 🙂 Thank you
Such an original and interesting podcast
I love this podcast. Sophie is a natural presenter and I always find something useful to take away from each and every episode.
